Named after real estate icon Bob Wolff, the award pays tribute to a man whose impact on Harcourts is immeasurable. A global industry legend and a foundational force in Harcourts North America, Bob represents the values this award honors: loyalty, contribution, connection, production, and unwavering consistency.
“This award is more than a recognition—it’s a reflection of legacy,” said Ben Brady, CEO of Harcourts North America. “And when defining this legacy, there was no question who should receive the inaugural honor.”
That honor went to Dianna McGarvin, who joined Harcourts the very same day as Bob in 2011. Throughout her impressive career, Dianna has demonstrated tireless dedication to the company, consistently ranking among top producers, showing up to support events and colleagues, and living out the Harcourts values day in and day out. Her award was made even more memorable with a surprise appearance from her daughter and a virtual congratulatory message from Harcourts International Founders, Mike and Irene Green.
Importantly, Harcourts North America emphasizes that this award is not a retirement announcement for Bob Wolff. Bob remains an active and vital part of the organization, continuing to lead by example and inspire excellence across the network.
